1. Description
The pneumatic rotary chuck is a four-jaw full stroke main chuck specially designed for laser pipe cutting equipment. This has a rotating independent spindle in the middle, which can firmly hold the workpiece and rotate simultaneously. After the base of the product is fixed, it only needs to add the supporting motor and connect with the gear, and then connect the compressed air source (0.1-0.9mpa) to clamp the workpiece and drive the workpiece to rotate. Fast clamping and release action is achieved through a laterally rotating air inlet.
The pneumatic rotary chuck is designed as the full stroke, so there is no need to adjust the position of the four jaws. All series of applicable pipe fittings can be clamped to improve production efficiency. Compared with similar pneumatic rotary chuck on the market, the chuck has higher rotation accuracy and repetition accuracy, as well as higher clamping force, and can also meet the processing of thin-wall pipe fittings.
