JH5-25 Rotary Pneumatic Hydraulic Collet Chuck for Laser Cutting CNC Machine
1. Description
This kind of collet chuck has internal mechanism in the cylinder, there is no need to instal the rear rotary cylinder. The clamping accuracy is between 0.05-0.08mm (the end face is measured at 10mm), but do not reduce the inner hole of the spindle. With light alloy ctlinder body, light weight, good heat dissipation, so the temperature can be effectively reduced. The air pressure is soft so that the workpiece is not deformed. The power source can use hydraulic or air pressure. The collet chuck adopts strong hydraulic grip, which can be widely used in heavy pipe cutting. This collet chuck is suitable for laser cutting, NC, CNC, 4.5 axis.
